What does kosher mean?
KOSHER
The word “kosher” refers to a collection of food-related laws (commandments) that are followed among Jewish people.
Kosher certification means that a product has been manufactured according to Jewish religious precepts. The materials and work processes used in the manufacturing plant must pass inspection by a certifying body.
The oleochemical products that we handle (fatty acids, higher alcohols, Soap Noodles, middle-chain triglycerides, Glycerine, etc.) are Kosher certified.

What does halal mean?
HALAL
The word “halal” refers to compliance with Islamic law.
Halal certification means that a product has been manufactured according to Islamic religious precepts. The materials and work processes used in the manufacturing plant must pass inspection by a certifying body. Recently, the need for halal products seems to be on the rise in Japan as well, in anticipation of the upcoming Tokyo Olympics and business expansion from the Middle East.
The oleochemical products that we handle (fatty acids, Soap Noodles, middle-chain triglycerides, Glycerine, etc.) are Halal certified.
